The stay certainly was exceptional value. The hotel was lovely, had panoramic views and incredible location adjacent to the Smugglers Cott-brilliant restaurant, steepish hill, and the train station. The double room was bright, it included coffee and a lovely balcony. All in all it's spotless place, has very clean beds and the staff were very friendly people on our request by the owner.

It's an impressive and quiet hotel altogether, the service is very good. Affable and accommodating staff as one would expect.

The family room is airy and neat. The bathroom looks impeccably clean.

Our experience here was real good. A stunningly beautiful hotel in an incredible location, everything was immaculate. Bright rooms, panoramic views of the lake, the staff was affable! It took only 15 minutes to walk to Opp Railway bus stop.

Staying at this BnB was an absolute delight! The hosts were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even serving us tea on the balcony with lovely conversation. The location is superb, with easy access to the train station and the town centre, not to mention the stunning views of the river from the room. The breakfast was delicious with fresh tea and coffee and every choice catered for. The room itself was comfortable with lovely little touches and everything immaculately clean.

Just make sure to heed the warning about parking as the hill leading to the BnB is far too narrow for cars.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, offering to help us with our bags and providing us with cold drinks when we arrived. Our room had amazing views of the city and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the train station and the town center. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts served by the staff.

The hotel is situated at the top of a very steep hill, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The rooms with balconies provide guests with an amazing view that is worth every penny. Moreover, the facilities in the hotel are excellent, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel is simply delicious, with great views to enjoy while dining.

The only thing that could be improved was the small sink in the bathroom. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay at this hotel.

The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-tended outdoor seating area to the beautiful flowers. The rooms provide a stunning view over the harbor, especially those with a balcony. The breakfast, with its great views, includes a delicious vegetarian option.

Parking can be a bit of a hassle, but it was clearly communicated when we booked.
